Going NonStop Rewards Based Healthy Lifestyle Tracking App for Families and Kids

NonStop is a measurable, incentive-based behaviour modification program that uses rewards (virtual and actual) to assist parents in motivating their kids & teens (5-13) to adopt a more healthy and active lifestyle by tracking their daily lifestyle choices.

Parents sign their kids up through the app or the website by first answering questions about lifestyle behaviour patterns providing a baseline to measure change against as the kids participate in the program. Parents have their own user id and password to sign into their personal homepage (parent zone) which is full of resources to assist them in keeping the entire family healthy and active. Kids also have their own user id and password to sign into their own homepage (Kid zone) which parents can access at any time- and families are able to message each other within the app and on the website to keep each other motivated and active.

Kids get points for any kind of physical activity- whatever they like doing -for losing the junk food- decreasing screen time and increasing their fruit and vegetable consumption. The better their choices the more points they get! The program runs in 6 week sessions and at the end of each 6 week session if the registered kids meet point thresholds then they are rewarded by their parents and/or Program Sponsors*.

All of the data collected thru the app and website is stored in secure databases and tied to a robust outcome reporting portal that is used to measure change in lifestyle behaviours, provide motivational messages. marketing and rewards.

Program Sponsors*

NonStop partners with Corporations, Pro-Sport Teams, Non-Profits, Hospitals, Managed Care Organisations and Community Based Organisations to sponsor or promote the program within their organisations or communities through assigned Sponsor Codes. Families can voluntarily join and participate in Sponsored Programs by utilising promoted Sponsor Codes in their area. Sponsored Programs:

gives said Sponsor access to the outcome data of their registered participants through their own reporting portal;

allows Sponsors to message, poll, coupon, or market their healthy living products to the parents based on the lifestyle choices tracked by the kids. All interaction between Sponsors and families go to the parent for review and the parent has the ability to forward any of the messages or promotions on to their registered kids.
